Smyrna Paving Standards for Building Conversions

This rule establishes that within a downtown residential district : 15(8)(e) permeable pavement for building conversions (whereby an existing one-family dwelling is renovated, altered, or rehabilitated into two or more independent units to be used for any combination of residential, professional office, and/or commercial service use) is encouraged
