Southaven Ordinance Establishing a Tree Board

This Southaven ordinance establishes a tree board to aid the office of planning and development in regulating the removal and replanting of trees. The board will create a tree care plan and present it to the board of alderman. Tree removals must be filed with and approved by the office of development before they are carried out.
