Sparks Preservation of Natural Features During Developments in Residential Multi-Family Districts

Sparks Zoning Code § 20.02.005 requires natural features, such as mature trees, creek, riparian corridors, and other similar features unique to the site, be preserved and incorporated in development proposals for residential multi-family districts.
