Springdale National Green Building Standard Requirements for Residential Structures

This rule requires that before a residential structure located in the City of Springdale, Arkansas, may be designated, considered, advertised, sold, or represented as a “green built home” or a “green built structure”, the chief building official must first certify that the residential structure is in full compliance with the National Green Building Standard.
