St. Helens Municipal Code for Landscaping Standards

This rule establishes standards for landscaping, buffering, and screening of land use within St. Helens in order to enhance the aesthetic environmental quality of the city. Trees and other landscaping materials should be used to mitigate the effects of the sun, wind, noise, and lack of privacy by the provision of buffering and screening.
