St. Joseph Ordinance Encouraging Solar Ready Building

This St. Joseph ordinance prohibits stricter neighborhood-scale regulations on solar projects and encourages all building designs, even those not currently slated to be solar powered, to be “solar ready” so the systems will be easy to install in the future.
