St. Petersburg Park property minimum green space requirement

This rule requires that at 25 percent of each Charter Park Property shall remain open green space. For the purposes of this calculation, waterbodies located within a Charter Park shall not be considered in determining the size of the Charter Park and shall not be included as part of the green space. Charter Parks that, as of November 29, 1990, have less than 25 percent open green space shall not be considered in violation of this article and shall be allowed to maintain the level of impervious surface area existing on such date without being in violation of this section.
