Stormwater and Soil Quality Restoration Best Management Practices Reimbursement

The City will reimburse all property owners up to half the cost of their stormwater project, up to $2,000 to help incorporate water quality practices including: rain gardens, cisterns, bio-retention cells/swales, infiltration trenches, pervious paving, and soil quality restoration. Some Coralville homeowners may qualify for 100% reimbursement of the costs for soil quality restoration if they are located within the state-listed Opportunity Zone, who are predominately low-income and minority residents.
