Stormwater Management Guidance in Conway

This rule establishes requirements to effectively manage stormwater in Conway. In addition to other requirements, the rule sets out responsibility for maintaining stormwater management infrastructure, landscaping and soil retention requirements, and enforcement authority vested in the city for violations of this section.
