Surprise Heritage Zoning District

Code encourages all new buildings to meet LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification standards and building sites to utilize low impact development (LID) technologies. Reflective building materials are prohibited. Metallic surfaces, including roof materials, shall be treated to be non-reflective.
