Tallahassee Landscaping and urban forest standards.

This rule establishes standards for urban forestry and landscaping. The following requirements shall apply to all new development and redevelopment in the city except as specified in article V, this section, and section 10-281 affecting development within the Multi-Modal Transportation District (MMTD). The information shall be provided in the form of an urban forest and landscape plan submitted as part of the environmental management permit application, with the exception of any site located within the Bradfordville Study Area, which must meet the requirements of section 5-89 of this Code.
