Topeka Site Design Standards for Stormwater Management Facilities

This rule establishes that vehicle trafficways, driveways or temporary parking is prohibited in stormwater management facilities unless (g) – the stormwater management facility has been designed for the dual purposes of stormwater management and vehicle parking (e.g., permeable pavement)
