Tupelo Parking Ordinance Allowing Green Infrastructure

This Tupelo ordinance establishes standards for parking areas in the city, including flexible use permits that allow grass parking, pervious pavement, and bio-retention areas to offset stormwater runoff. In apartment and non-residential developments, porous pavement systems may be installed with the approval from the City Engineer. Green infrastructure can replace curbing requirements for off-street parking.
