Tupelo Tree Protection Ordinance

This Tupelo ordinance establishes that a development plan and a tree survey must be submitted to the city before tree removal can occur on commercial or residential properties and outlines protection standards for trees during construction. It also establishes a list of protected tree species and notes that parking requirements may be waived to preserve a mature protected tree.
