Umatilla Code to Establish Property Development Standards

This rule establishes property development standards that apply to all new developments in the MC Zone and are intended to provide a consistent development pattern that ensures a safe, orderly, efficient, economically viable and aesthetically pleasing environment throughout each zone district. This includes standards for stormwater surface drainage which require surface water run-off to be handled on-site through the use of landscaped areas, grassy swales or similar natural features to the extent reasonably feasible.
