Umatilla Tree Canopy Maintenance Plan

This rule establishes a plan and program for the planting, maintenance, protection, control and removal of trees in public places with the goal of helping Umatilla become a more desirable place to live, work and play for all citizens. This is done through the careful planting and management of trees throughout the community in order to enjoy all the benefits trees provide to a community.
