Washington County Code to Establish Development Standards for Environmental Performance

This rule establishes certain environmental standards for development within Washington County. Section 423-8 Heat and Glare provides that heat and glare from buildings must be limited, such that operations producing heat or glare must be conducted entirely within an enclosed building; exterior lighting must be directed entirely away from adjacent properties.
