West Jordan Ordinance Requiring Parking Lot Landscaping

This West Jordan ordinance requires landscaping in parking lots with 14 or more spaces. Vegetation must cover at least 50% of landscaped areas when plants are mature, and shade trees must be provided at no less than one tree per seven parking spaces. Landscaping may be designed to catch stormwater.
