West Linn Municipal Code for a Community Tree Ordinance

This rule was established to ensure that the City will continue to realize the benefits provided by its urban forest, and to establish a process and standards which will minimize uncontrolled cutting or destruction of trees within West Linn. The rule also establishes a Street Tree Plan for West Linn for the planting, maintenance and replacement of trees in and along its streets.
