Wissahickon Watershed Overlay District

This policy creates a special overlay district with distinct land development regulations designed to protect the Wissahickon Watershed. The regulations are specifically designed to mitigate the erosion, siltation, and channel enlargement within the Wissahickon Watershed as a result of increased development. The policy sets limits on impervious ground coverage.
