Wood Village Neighborhood Commercial Zone Design Standards

This rule establishes design requirements for all development located within the NC Zone. New development must fulfill enough of the standards identified below to total to ten (10) points including: (1) Pervious paving. At least 50% of all new vehicle and pedestrian areas must be surfaced with pervious pavement approved by the City Manager; and (2) Alternative Energy System. Provide a rooftop solar energy system that covers at least 40% of the total building roof area or 2,000 square feet, whichever is greater, or geothermal energy system for at least 50% of the building.
