Yankton Stormwater Permits and Management Code

Yankton’s Code of Ordinances § 26-127 states that permits will be required for construction activities that include digging, grubbing, grading and the removal of plant vegetation that would otherwise prevent wind and storm water erosion to an extent defined by resolution. Additionally, § 26-134 states that requirement to prevent, control, and reduce storm water pollutants by the use of best management practices.
